Description:Translation (Rita Seng Mai) Once upon a time, there was a lion and a tiger. They were friends. They searched for their food every day and shared it together. The fox was wicked and wanted to eat food for free. He went to the lion and the tiger, and said, "My friends, I want to search for food together with you." They said, "Okay. You can find food with us." He didn't go hunting and only ate what the lion and the tiger got. He ate the bones of several animals that they searched. One day, he thought, "In this forest, there are only two animals that I haven't eaten yet. I want to eat the lion and the tiger." Since he was wicked, he thought of a plan to trick the lion and the tiger into being eaten. He thought of making them angry with each other by telling them different stories. One day, the tiger and the lion met in a cave and talked to each other. The lion asked the tiger, "Are you talking bad about me behind my back?" The tiger said, "No." And he asked the lion, "What about you? Do you say bad about me behind my back?" The lion said, "No. Why should I?" The next day, they pretended to be in an intense fight and acted as if they were dead. At that time, the fox came and said, "I get to eat them today." But the tiger and the lion got up suddenly and killed the fox. And they ate him. This is the end. Transcription (La Ring) Moi shawng e da hkanghkyi hte sharaw shan lahkawng gaw da manang re ai da.
